18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption

RogueAI (RogueStudio.ai) is committed to complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, which relate to the maintenance of records for the verification of age for individuals involved in the production of sexually explicit content.

We operate as a purely AI-generated content platform where no real individuals are portrayed or engaged in any content creation. Every piece of content accessible on RogueStudio.ai and/or any of our online channels, affiliated websites to which users may be redirected from RogueStudio.ai platforms, products or services, including all content contained therein (“Services”) is exclusively generated through artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Any visual depictions that may be sexual are not performed by real human beings, but are rather created via and a product of AI technology. This method eliminates the participation of real human beings in the creation of images, videos, or any other material available on our Services.

Since all  content created on RogueStudio.Ai is created entirely by artificial intelligence algorithms and does not involve real human actors, models, or performers, and since the AI-generated content does not depict actual human beings, RogueStudio.Ai is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.
