Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Billing

Our services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the billing interval displayed at checkout (monthly, annual, or otherwise) until you cancel.

No Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Because access to digital services and AI-generated content is provided immediately upon subscription activation, we do not issue refunds for:

* Partial billing periods,
* Unused time or features, and/or:
* Downgrades or plan changes

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

* Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle
* You will continue to have access until the billing period ends
* No further charges will be made after cancellation

Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free or discounted trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial period ends. Trial terms are clearly disclosed at signup.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, please contact us promptly at billing@roguestudio.ai
‍We investigate billing issues in good faith and as quickly as possible.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions. Account suspension or termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

Governing Terms

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by and incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
