FANGENIE LLC (RogueStudio.ai) accepts abuse reports and content-removal requests involving policy violations, illegal content, unauthorized likeness use, impersonation, trademark misuse, or claims that content should be taken down from the platform.
Please use our takedown form or contact info@roguestudio.ai with the subject line 'Report Abuse' or 'Takedown Request'. Include as much of the following as you can:
- The URL, username, image, video, chat, or page you are reporting
- Why the content violates policy or why it should be removed
- Your contact information
- Screenshots, reference links, or proof of authorization if relevant
All abuse reports and takedown requests trigger human review. Rogue Studio prioritizes credible safety and rights-holder claims immediately and targets takedown or access restriction within 24 to 48 hours when a reported item is confirmed to violate platform rules or applicable law.
Content may be removed, disabled, or restricted when it involves:
Accounts associated with confirmed abuse may be warned, suspended, or permanently removed. Reports involving suspected human trafficking are also handled under our Human Trafficking Policy.
Rogue Studio offers any person depicted in an image, video, chat output, or other content on the platform the ability to appeal any decision by Rogue Studio based on a claim of lack of consent. This applies to both user-uploaded content and AI-generated content where a real person's likeness is alleged to have been used without appropriate authorization.
Email info@roguestudio.ai with the subject line Consent Appeal and include:
Once an appeal is triggered, Rogue Studio will, through a reasonable process, confirm whether appropriate consent was obtained for the content in question. We target acknowledgement of every appeal within 3 business days and an initial decision within 10 business days. Content that is the subject of a credible appeal may be restricted or access-disabled during review where that is appropriate to protect the person depicted.
If consent cannot be established, or if the person depicted in the content demonstrates that any claimed consent is void under applicable law, Rogue Studio will take down the content immediately.
If Rogue Studio disagrees that consent is void under applicable law, Rogue Studio will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body — specifically, binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or, by mutual agreement of the parties, JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules — at Rogue Studio's expense. The arbitrator's decision on whether the content must be removed will be binding on Rogue Studio.
