HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Information Required:

To effectively address your complaint, please provide the following information:

-A detailed description of the issue, including relevant dates, times, and any specific content or interactions involved.
- Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or messages

If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us using one of the following methods:

send an email to  info@roguestudio.ai with the subject line "Complaint" and include detailed information about your issue.

In-App Reporting: All assets inside Rogue.Ai provide a reporting button. Please provide a clear description of the issue. Any relevant account details or transaction references. Supporting documentation (if applicable).

Content Removal Form: For any asset materials deemed in violation of our policies, please use the link below. It is also available at the footer of the site.


COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCESS

Upon receipt of your complaint, we will:

Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours via email and provide you with a reference number for your complaint for future correspondence.

We take all complaints seriously and will conduct a thorough investigation. The steps involved in the investigation process include:

Reviewing the details of the complaint and any supporting evidence. Consulting with relevant team members or departments. Assessing whether there has been a breach of our Terms and Policies.

Resolution

Upon completion of the investigation, we will:
Notify you of the outcome within 5 business days from the acknowledgment of your complaint. Provide a clear explanation of the findings and any actions taken to address the issue.  Where applicable, offer a remedy or compensation.

Appeal Process

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request a review by:

Explaining why you are not satisfied with the initial response and providing any additional information that may support your appeal.The appeal will be reviewed by a senior member of our team and a determination will be communicated to you within 14 business days.

Independent Review
If you disagree with the outcome of the appeal, you may seek resolution through an independent and neutral dispute resolution body or competent legal authority. RogueStudio.ai will cooperate in good faith with such neutral review procedures in accordance with applicable laws and payment network requirements.
