OVERVIEW

This Anti-Human Trafficking & Exploitation Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of FanGenie LLC (RogueStudio.ai) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to all users, customers, and partners accessing or using the platform. At FanGenie LLC (RogueStudio.ai), we are committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting any activity related to human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion on our platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, and any activity that facilitates, promotes, requests, coordinates, or conceals trafficking or exploitation, or non-consensual exploitation.

RogueStudio.AI content is synthetic and is not intended to depict actual human performers. Even so, users may not use the service, chats, uploads, generated content, payments, accounts, or any platform feature in a way that supports trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or suspicious activity involving the safety or consent of any person.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use RogueStudio.AI to create, request, distribute, or coordinate:

-- human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, or commercial sexual exploitation

-- escort, prostitution, recruitment, transportation, harboring, or control of another person

-- threats, force, fraud, coercion, blackmail, debt bondage, or abuse of authority

-- content suggesting non-consensual participation, captivity, restraint, or exploitation

-- attempts to buy, sell, arrange, solicit, or profit from sexual services involving another person

-- instructions, coded language, links, payments, or off-platform coordination tied to trafficking

Review and Response Protocol

Reports or signals involving suspected trafficking or coercive exploitation are escalated for human review. When a credible concern is identified, RogueStudio.AI may restrict or remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, block transactions, and preserve relevant account, content, transaction, and technical records where legally permitted and appropriate.

Urgent safety concerns, imminent harm, suspected child sexual abuse material, and credible indicators of coercion or trafficking are prioritized ahead of routine support requests.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

RogueStudio.AI reports credible suspected trafficking, imminent harm, child exploitation, or coercive sexual exploitation to appropriate law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, or other relevant authorities. We cooperate with valid legal process and emergency law-enforcement requests as required or permitted by law.

If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first, then submit a report to RogueStudio.AI so we can investigate platform activity connected to the concern.

How to report suspicious activity

Email compliance@roguestudio.ai with the subject line Human Trafficking Report.

Include as much of the following as possible:

-- the URL, username, chat, image, video, payment, account, or page involved

-- a clear description of the suspicious activity or exploitation concern

-- screenshots, timestamps, links, transaction details, or other supporting evidence

-- your contact information, unless you need to report anonymously for safety reasons

Related reports may also be submitted under our Report Abuse / Takedown Form and Complaints Policy. Our 2257 Compliance Statement explains that visual depictions displayed on RogueStudio.AI are AI-generated and do not portray actual human performers engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct.

Monitoring and Detection

We implement and maintain proactive monitoring systems designed to identify suspicious behavior, including:

  • Automated content moderation tools and behavioral analysis systems
  • Manual review processes for flagged content and user activity
  • Ongoing audits and improvements to detection mechanisms

Account Enforcement

Accounts found to be involved in or attempting to engage in prohibited activities will be:

  • Immediately suspended or terminated
  • Reported to law enforcement where required

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuously enhancing our policies, technologies, and training to better detect and prevent trafficking-related activity.
